Ashton Woods USA L.L.C. premier builder of energy efficient, single-family detached, town homes and stacked flat condominium homes, today is pleased to announce that Cory J. Boydston is joining the Company as its Chief Financial Officer, effective August 10, 2009.
Most recently, Boydston was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Starwood Land Ventures, a subsidiary of Starwood Capital Group. For more than 20 years prior, Boydston has been a senior executive officer with two of the nation's largest public homebuilders, Lennar Corporation and Beazer Homes. Former roles included Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for Lennar and Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer for Beazer.
Prior to joining Beazer, Boydston had been with Lennar Corporation for over 10 years, having served during that time in various capacities, including Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Administration, Corporate Controller and Chief Financial Officer of Lennar’s Investment division (based in Atlanta).
