The builder will be offering 10 floorplans that range in size from 2,000 to 3,100 square feet and are priced from the low $200,000s. Each of the Craftsman-style homes has an exterior with archidectural details and brick, cedar shake and/or stacked-stone fronts.

The Mountain Oaks community is located on Kennesaw Due West Road and is convenient to a number of shopping and dining opportunities on Cobb Parkway and Barrett Parkway.
