Traton Homes Announces New Construction in Kennesaw

Traton Homes, one of Atlanta's premier new homebuilders, has announced that it is building 17 homes in Mountain Oaks, an existing community of single-family homes in Kennesaw.
The builder will be offering 10 floorplans that range in size from 2,000 to 3,100 square feet and are priced from the low $200,000s. Each of the Craftsman-style homes has an exterior with archidectural details and brick, cedar shake and/or stacked-stone fronts.
One of the many great plans is the Glenkirk. This beautiful two-story home has up to five bedrooms and three baths. A luxurious kitchen and breakfast area makes cooking and enjoying family meals a breeze. The spacious family room includes a fireplace where families can gather during the colder months. On the second floor, a master suite with a large walk-in closet awaits residents who want to relax after a long day. And for recreation, there is a media room that can be transformed into a game area or home theater.
The Mountain Oaks community is located on Kennesaw Due West Road and is convenient to a number of shopping and dining opportunities on Cobb Parkway and Barrett Parkway.
Children in the community attend Hayes Elementary, Pine Mountain Middle and Kennesaw Mountain High.
