Spring is
often the start of the busiest season for home sales. For first-time buyers,
the process can be overwhelming. Lancaster home builder Keystone Custom Homes
wants to ease the process with a seminar for anyone looking to buy their first
home.
The seminar
will be held on Saturday, March 29 in the Heritage Hotel at 500 Centerville
Road in Lancaster. The two-hour class kicks off at 10 a.m. and will go through
the ABCs of building, buying and financing a home for the first time.
Discussions
will cover a wide range of topics related to buying a home including:
- Using a responsible financing plan to purchase a new home in Lancaster
- The importance of saving money and how to do it effectively
- Why credit scores matter
- The big mistakes that first-time buyers commit and how to not fall into the same traps
Attendees
will also learn how affordable it is to buy a new home for just $1,825 a month
that features walk-in closets, a garage and more.
The seminar
is free for all attendees, but reservations are required because space is
limited. Keystone Custom Homes will give all attendees a $50 gas card, a free
credit report and a copy of Automatic
Millionaire by David Bach. Call Jennifer Baxter at 717-464-9060 ext. 129.
