Learn the ABCs of Buying a Home at Free Seminar

Spring is often the start of the busiest season for home sales. For first-time buyers, the process can be overwhelming. Lancaster home builder Keystone Custom Homes wants to ease the process with a seminar for anyone looking to buy their first home.

The seminar will be held on Saturday, March 29 in the Heritage Hotel at 500 Centerville Road in Lancaster. The two-hour class kicks off at 10 a.m. and will go through the ABCs of building, buying and financing a home for the first time.

Discussions will cover a wide range of topics related to buying a home including:
  • Using a responsible financing plan to purchase a new home in Lancaster
  • The importance of saving money and how to do it effectively
  • Why credit scores matter
  • The big mistakes that first-time buyers commit and how to not fall into the same traps
“Those that attend the seminar will leave knowing that owning has never been easier,” said Keystone Custom Homes Vice President of Marketing Janette Hawkins. “They will be even more excited to start their new home search.”

Attendees will also learn how affordable it is to buy a new home for just $1,825 a month that features walk-in closets, a garage and more.

The seminar is free for all attendees, but reservations are required because space is limited. Keystone Custom Homes will give all attendees a $50 gas card, a free credit report and a copy of Automatic Millionaire by David Bach. Call Jennifer Baxter at 717-464-9060 ext. 129.
