Keystone Custom Homes Offers Free Home Buyer Seminar

Hints of a cool and colorful fall are appearing just in time for the next free Keystone home buyer seminar. Keystone offers periodic seminars for first-time home buyers to help navigate the sometimes overwhelming process of first-time home ownership, and the next will be Saturday, Sept. 27 from 10 a.m. to noon.

“2014 brought a huge growth to the home building industry,” said Janette Hawkins, vice president of Marketing and Information Technology at Keystone Custom Homes. “As more people enter the market, we are meeting with a lot of first time buyers. They all have the same questions and concerns. This seminar will address all that and more.”

Construction Taking Place at The Orchards Group’s Newest Community

Construction has begun at The Orchards of Stoney Point, a new active adult community from The Orchards Group in Cumming. Scheduled to be completed in December, the clubhouse is the center of social life at all of The Orchards Group’s communities, so it’s only fitting that it’s the first structure under development.

“It’s always enjoyable to drive into the community and see the activity at the clubhouse,” said Mitch Block, director of sales and marketing for The Orchards Group. “The clubhouse is the central hub of the social scene and year-round activities and events for our residents.”

At The Orchards of Stoney Point, the grand clubhouse will consist of a large gathering room with a flat screen television and a fireplace, a fitness center, sitting room and a spacious kitchen. Outside, there will be a stunning outdoor swimming pool that will be the first saltwater pool at an Orchards Group community.

Construction will soon begin on the community’s five model homes, which will showcase popular plans from both the Southern Heritage and Arbors collections. The Ashewood and Charleston ranch condominium floor plans will be complete and available for touring in mid-December, while the Cypress, Dogwood and Birch master-on-the-main townhome villas will be complete by early January.
