Hints of a cool and colorful fall are appearing just in time for the next free Keystone home buyer seminar. Keystone offers periodic seminars for first-time home buyers to help navigate the sometimes overwhelming process of first-time home ownership, and the next will be Saturday, Sept. 27 from 10 a.m. to noon.
“2014 brought a huge growth to the home building industry,” said Janette Hawkins, vice president of Marketing and Information Technology at Keystone Custom Homes. “As more people enter the market, we are meeting with a lot of first time buyers. They all have the same questions and concerns. This seminar will address all that and more.”
Keystone knows that the learning curve of home ownership extends beyond selecting or building a home and this seminar will explain some of the most common mistakes of first-time home owners and how to avoid them. The two hour seminar will address responsible financing, how to improve a credit score and other money saving tips.
In addition to the free seminar, attendees may receive their credit reports, a $50 gas card (one per family) and a copy of David Bach’s Automatic Millionaire as seen on “Oprah.”
Keystone will host the seminar at The Inn at Reading, located at 1040 N. Park Road, Wyomissing, PA 19610. To ensure a quality learning experience for all first-time home buyers, reservations are required. To register, call (717) 464-9060 x 204.
