Construction Underway on Amenities at The Orchards of Stoney Point

Construction is underway at The Orchards Group’s newest active adult community. Located in the desirable Cumming area, The Orchards of Stoney Point’s clubhouse is already 50 percent complete, meaning it will be fully functional and ready to use by the time the community’s first resident moves in.

“As the focal point of the social scene, we understand the value of having the amenity package operational when the first homeowners move in,” explained Mitch Block, director of sales and marketing with The Orchards Group. “Thanks to the mid-September start date, the amenities will be open by the time the first homes are complete.”

The clubhouse at The Orchards of Stoney Point will have the same features that all of the clubhouses built by The Orchards Group possess. In addition, there will be a kitchen, fitness center and The Orchard Group’s first ever saltwater swimming pool!

The five model homes at The Orchards of Stoney Point are also under construction. These model homes will reflect two designs that have been in previous communities built by The Orchard Group. Two will feature ranch condominium plans from the Southern Heritage Collection, while the remaining three will feature the master-on-the-main townhome plans from the Arbors Collection.

The Orchards Group has sold 28 new homes so far at The Orchards of Stoney Point. This means that more than 20 percent of the homes in this community have already sold! These homes range from the $270,00s through the $380,00s and will showcase both the Southern Heritage and the Arbors collections.

The Orchards of Stoney Point is located just south of Peachtree Parkway (Highway 141). Only one mile east of GA 400 at exit 13, this community is in the sought-after Cumming area.
