Ashton Woods Homes Opens New Model at Woodbridge Crossing


Ashton Woods Homes announces a new model home at Woodbridge Crossing, a Smyrna, Ga., Linkcommunity with homes priced from the $280′s.
The new model home is based on the Whitmore 2 plan and showcases the finished basement and outdoor living options available at this community. The exterior has an inviting covered porch. Upon entering the home, buyers will find a formal dining room. An open island kitchen provides views into the fireside family room, breakfast nook and patio area. The first floor also has a study that can be converted into a guest suite. On the second floor, homebuyers will find three large secondary bedrooms and a spacious master bedroom. The master suite includes a walk-in closet and a master bath with dual vanities and a separate shower. The basement has a unique New Orleans theme that was created with options from the builder's 12,000-square-foot design center.

All of the homes adhere to the platinum performance standards of the Environments for Living program, allowing homeowners to save up to 45 percent on annual energy use.
